The second quarter of 2018: Burleson experienced a 4.4% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Burleson rose by $7,741 while total valuation decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 92 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $182,870 - a 4.4% increase over the $175,129 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 107 homes sold in Burleson in the second quarter of 2017.
