Home valuations increased in Rendon during the second quarter of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Rendon rose by $22,123 while total valuation decreased by 3.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 83 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $184,312 - a 13.6% increase over the $162,189 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Rendon in the second quarter of 2017.
