Falling home valuations in Crowley in the first quarter of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Crowley fell by $14,899 while total valuation decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 108 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $138,215 - a 9.7% decrease over the $153,114 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 125 homes sold in Crowley in the first quarter of 2017.
