Burleson median home valuations fell by 19.2% in the first quarter of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Burleson fell by $39,351 while total valuation decreased by 42.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 51 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $165,149 - a 19.2% decrease over the $204,500 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Burleson in the first quarter of 2017.
