How did home valuations perform in Rendon during the first quarter of 2018?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Rendon fell by $35,114 while total valuation decreased by 13.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 58 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $167,585 - a 17.3% decrease over the $202,699 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Rendon in the first quarter of 2017.
