Falling home valuations in Kennedale in the third quarter of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Kennedale fell by $20,980 while total valuation decreased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $128,590 - a 14% decrease over the $149,570 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Kennedale in the third quarter of 2016.
