Rendon home valuations rose in the third quarter of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Rendon rose by $65,091 while total valuation decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 65 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $183,726 - a 54.9% increase over the $118,635 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Rendon in the third quarter of 2016.
