The third quarter of 2017: Home valuations in Mansfield increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Mansfield rose by $22,312 while total valuation decreased by 14.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 451 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $213,543 - a 11.7% increase over the $191,231 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 527 homes sold in Mansfield in the third quarter of 2016.
