Valuation for the median home in Crowley increased during the second quarter of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Crowley rose by $19,674 while total valuation decreased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 132 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $148,815 - a 15.2% increase over the $129,141 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 142 homes sold in Crowley in the second quarter of 2016.
