What happened to the median home valuation in Rendon during the second quarter of 2017?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Rendon rose by $53,406 while total valuation decreased by 22.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 86 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $162,189 - a 49.1% increase over the $108,783 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in Rendon in the second quarter of 2016.
