The second quarter of 2017: Burleson experienced a 46.1% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Burleson rose by $55,229 while total valuation decreased by 14.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 107 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $175,129 - a 46.1% increase over the $119,900 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 125 homes sold in Burleson in the second quarter of 2016.
