Home valuations decreased in Kennedale during the second quarter of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Kennedale fell by $3,262 while total valuation increased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 63 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $189,401 - a 1.7% decrease over the $192,663 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Kennedale in the second quarter of 2016.
