Median home valuations in Mansfield rose to $223,850 in the second quarter of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Mansfield rose by $26,168 while total valuation decreased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 447 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $223,850 - a 13.2% increase over the $197,683 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 474 homes sold in Mansfield in the second quarter of 2016.
