Valuation for the median home in Crowley decreased during October 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2020 in Crowley fell by $14,676 while total valuation decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $142,366 - a 9.3% decrease over the $157,042 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Crowley in October 2019.
