What happened to the median home valuation in Burleson during October 2020?

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2020 in Burleson rose by $5,331 while total valuation increased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $167,684 - a 3.3% increase over the $162,353 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Burleson in October 2019.
