October 2020: Mansfield experienced a 0.7% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2020 in Mansfield rose by $1,459 while total valuation decreased by 18.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 131 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $217,800 - a 0.7% increase over the $216,342 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 160 homes sold in Mansfield in October 2019.
