Median home valuations in Rendon rose to $247,529 in October 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2020 in Rendon rose by $35,658 while total valuation increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $247,529 - a 16.8% increase over the $211,871 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Rendon in October 2019.
