Falling home valuations in Crowley in September 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in September 2020 in Crowley fell by $18,881 while total valuation increased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 49 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $152,944 - a 11% decrease over the $171,825 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Crowley in September 2019.
