Rendon median home valuations rose by 16.7% in September 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in September 2020 in Rendon rose by $23,640 while total valuation increased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $165,128 - a 16.7% increase over the $141,488 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Rendon in September 2019.
