How did home valuations perform in Burleson during September 2020?

The median assessed value of a home sold in September 2020 in Burleson fell by $18,704 while total valuation increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 30 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $178,202 - a 9.5% decrease over the $196,906 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Burleson in September 2019.
