Mansfield home valuations rose in September 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in September 2020 in Mansfield rose by $9,751 while total valuation increased by 8.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 140 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $241,254 - a 4.2% increase over the $231,503 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 129 homes sold in Mansfield in September 2019.
