Valuation for the median home in Crowley increased during December 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in December 2019 in Crowley rose by $20,002 while total valuation increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 48 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $154,232 - a 14.9% increase over the $134,230 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Crowley in December 2018.
