The median assessed value of a home sold in December 2019 in Burleson fell by $3,973 while total valuation decreased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $159,817 - a 2.4% decrease over the $163,790 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Burleson in December 2018.
