December 2019: Rendon experienced a 13.1% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in December 2019 in Rendon rose by $18,893 while total valuation increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $162,858 - a 13.1% increase over the $143,965 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Rendon in December 2018.
