What happened to the median home valuation in Crowley during June 2019?

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2019 in Crowley rose by $18,527 while total valuation increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 56 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $154,444 - a 13.6% increase over the $135,917 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Crowley in June 2018.
