Home valuations decreased in Burleson during June 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2019 in Burleson fell by $4,925 while total valuation decreased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $185,627 - a 2.6% decrease over the $190,552 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Burleson in June 2018.
