Median home valuations in Mansfield rose to $226,312 in June 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2019 in Mansfield rose by $13,154 while total valuation decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 136 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $226,312 - a 6.2% increase over the $213,158 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 165 homes sold in Mansfield in June 2018.
