Valuation for the median home in Crowley decreased during June 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2018 in Crowley fell by $23,683 while total valuation increased by 11.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 48 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $135,917 - a 14.8% decrease over the $159,599 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Crowley in June 2017.
