June 2018: Rendon experienced a 15.7% drop in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2018 in Rendon fell by $30,369 while total valuation decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $162,481 - a 15.7% decrease over the $192,849 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Rendon in June 2017.
