Median home valuations in Mansfield rose to $213,158 in June 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2018 in Mansfield rose by $1,771 while total valuation increased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 165 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $213,158 - a 0.8% increase over the $211,387 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 161 homes sold in Mansfield in June 2017.
