Burleson median home valuations fell by 14.4% in March 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in March 2018 in Burleson fell by $26,767 while total valuation decreased by 24.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $159,039 - a 14.4% decrease over the $185,805 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Burleson in March 2017.
