Rendon home valuations fell in March 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in March 2018 in Rendon fell by $24,472 while total valuation decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $206,472 - a 10.6% decrease over the $230,944 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Rendon in March 2017.
