March 2018: Home valuations in Mansfield fell

The median assessed value of a home sold in March 2018 in Mansfield fell by $15,813 while total valuation decreased by 29.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 107 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $229,454 - a 6.4% decrease over the $245,267 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 152 homes sold in Mansfield in March 2017.
