Rising home valuations in Rendon in November 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2017 in Rendon rose by $28,944 while total valuation increased by 91.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $142,106 - a 25.6% increase over the $113,163 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Rendon in November 2016.
