Crowley median home valuations rose by 13.1% in November 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2017 in Crowley rose by $16,597 while total valuation decreased by 22.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $143,042 - a 13.1% increase over the $126,445 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Crowley in November 2016.
