The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2017 in Kennedale rose by $35,788 while total valuation increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $179,668 - a 24.9% increase over the $143,880 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Kennedale in November 2016.
