November 2017: Home valuations in Mansfield increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2017 in Mansfield rose by $24,587 while total valuation decreased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 131 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $205,788 - a 13.6% increase over the $181,202 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Mansfield in November 2016.
