Valuation for the median home in Crowley increased during October 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2017 in Crowley rose by $41,581 while total valuation increased by 22.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $137,867 - a 43.2% increase over the $96,287 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Crowley in October 2016.
