The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2017 in Rendon rose by $80,135 while total valuation decreased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $171,215 - a 88% increase over the $91,080 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Rendon in October 2016.
