October 2017: Kennedale experienced a 55.4% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2017 in Kennedale rose by $68,123 while total valuation decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $191,123 - a 55.4% increase over the $123,000 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Kennedale in October 2016.
