Median home valuations in Mansfield rose to $222,156 in October 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2017 in Mansfield rose by $33,031 while total valuation increased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 149 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $222,156 - a 17.5% increase over the $189,125 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in Mansfield in October 2016.
