Rising home valuations in Crowley in September 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in September 2017 in Crowley rose by $12,344 while total valuation decreased by 18.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $144,014 - a 9.4% increase over the $131,670 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Crowley in September 2016.
