Burleson median home valuations rose by 27% in September 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in September 2017 in Burleson rose by $36,657 while total valuation decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $172,287 - a 27% increase over the $135,630 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Burleson in September 2016.
