The median assessed value of a home sold in September 2017 in Kennedale rose by $40,484 while total valuation decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median home valuation of $201,695 - a 25.1% increase over the $161,211 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Kennedale in September 2016.
