Mansfield home valuations rose in September 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in September 2017 in Mansfield rose by $9,135 while total valuation decreased by 11.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 136 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $204,582 - a 4.7% increase over the $195,448 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Mansfield in September 2016.
