September 2017: Home valuations in Rendon increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in September 2017 in Rendon rose by $103,505 while total valuation decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $208,555 - a 98.5% increase over the $105,050 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Rendon in September 2016.
