Valuation for the median home in Kennedale decreased during August 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in August 2017 in Kennedale fell by $121,610 while total valuation decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $108,467 - a 52.9% decrease over the $230,077 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Kennedale in August 2016.
