What happened to the median home valuation in Rendon during August 2017?

The median assessed value of a home sold in August 2017 in Rendon fell by $1,738 while total valuation decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $126,082 - a 1.4% decrease over the $127,820 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Rendon in August 2016.
