August 2017: Crowley experienced a 12.1% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in August 2017 in Crowley rose by $15,437 while total valuation decreased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $143,289 - a 12.1% increase over the $127,852 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Crowley in August 2016.
