Home valuations increased in Burleson during August 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in August 2017 in Burleson rose by $38,878 while total valuation decreased by 58%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $156,006 - a 33.2% increase over the $117,128 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Burleson in August 2016.
